These Subject Files are arranged alphabetically. They cover a wide range of topics from President Chatfield-Taylor's entire tenure at the Academy. Records of Events are grouped as a subset of the Subject Files. Events are in alphabetical order within the Subject Files, then arranged chronologically. File naming conventions for the President's records seem to have varied over time, therefore some folders for events are in alphabetical order by the name of the event rather than under this Event category.
