The "Historic Landscape Report" brings together for the first time, the history of the AAR property and how it has developed over the years. The book is broken down into nine sections: Introduction; Description of the American Academy Campus; A History of the AA Landscape; The Landscape Master Plan; Maintenance; Legal and Regulatory Issues; Documentation; Budget and Phasing; and Summary of Recommendations.
