Scope and Contents
This Sub-Group contains administrative records related to the grounds at AAR. Examples of records in this group include architectural drawings and renderings of AAR buildings in Rome or New York; records pertaining to office moves; records of renovations and preservation efforts; records pertaining to building history; office computing records; records of building acquisitions; landscape restoration plans; etc.

Arrangement
The physical arrangement of the plant and planning files does not match the arrangment in Archivesspace or the Record Group Structure. The physical files have been further sub-categorized by specific building, as opposed to just Rome and New York, with the addition of a "general" sub-series, containing files for both Rome and New York. The box numbers in AS have been labelled to reflect their corresponding sub-series, e.g. "Gen01" for "General, box 1," or "VA01" for "Villa Aurelia, box 1," and so on.
