Administrative files contain Academy generated notes, correspondence, lists, etc. regarding fellows, residents, visiting artists/scholars or guests and the coordination of their stay in Rome. Records include internal lists of fellows and biographies, arrangements for travel and housing in Rome, notes on the preparation of Fellows for Rome, correspondence to returning fellows, information on insurance and visas, notes and lists of residents and visiting artists, revisions for "Rules and Regulations," and stipend information.
