File contains a form letter which regrets to inform applicants that although the jurors were extremely impressed with the applicants application, they felt that the timing was not right for the applicant to pursue work in Rome in the next year. The form letter encourages them to apply for next year. File also contains letter which states that while the academy appreciates the applicants interest, they were not selected for fellowship.
