The files of the Programs Department of the American Academy in Rome transferred to the Archives, date from 1895 to 2016. They were collected from files located in the records storage warehouse, from former Director of Fellowship Programs, Buff Kavelman, Director of Fellowship Programs, Karen Rose Gonon, and Programs Associate, Sue Lau.
